My name is Olia Rosenblatt, I am MISHKA’s creator and head chef.
I have dedicated my life to caring for dogs, and making sure they live their best possible, and healthiest lives. Growing up, dogs were an integral part of my childhood, having bonded with both family pets and neighborhood strays. As a successful entrepreneur in my early twenties, I launched a charity program to help feed the countless stray dogs barely surviving on the streets of my hometown. It felt so good to be able to give back to these furry angels that had so little.
After immigrating to the United States in 2017, I knew I needed to use the opportunity to combine my love for dogs and my creative kitchen skills into something special. Developing an entirely new way for people to feed their dogs beautiful and healthy treats became my obsession for months as I worked on countless prototype ideas for our MISHKA dog cakes. When I finally perfected the recipe, I named my business MISHKA, which roughly translates to teddybear in Russian – the nickname I gave my husband, who has always been the biggest supporter of my vision.
I believe that our dogs should eat as healthy as we do. That’s why MISHKA treats are treats like no other. They’re not just spectacular in design, but are made from 100% natural ingredients. They are always created with fresh ingredients – organic whenever possible – and free from preservatives, artificial colors of fillers.
A beautiful treat becomes more special for a dog and their owner. Feeding a MISHKA Cake to your dog becomes more than just a basic necessity, it becomes an act of love that is fun to share with your friends and family.
